The second installment of the Yithi Sonke documentary is here alongside a brand-new music video for the single “Lotto”. Spearheaded by Robot Boii and Nhlonipho and featuring rising talent Mandz Not Hot, PD Jokes and I Love Lethu amongst others, the Yithi Sonke collective have come together to let their talents and versatility create an outstanding EP. The project sees a blend of music genres merging such as Amapiano, kwaito, hip-hop, soul and afro pop… birthing the new wave of Amapiano.

While placing the spotlight on new artists, the artistic value also shines through. Yithi Sonke is about uplifting a future generation of creatives. It is a catalyst for the artists’ careers, as well as a platform for young artists to grow from. “I am very excited for the final product, even though it may have some unknown individuals; this is the chance for people to be exposed to the artists, producers and vocalists. That’s the whole point of the project. The outcome and love we’re receiving is very amazing and I am very humbled by it,” expresses Robot Boii.
