In 2023, Profound executive produced Zee Nxumalo’s “KwaNxumalo Deluxe” and released the single “Thiba,” gaining recognition on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. Zee Nxumalo

In just three years, South African singer-songwriter Zee Nxumalo has skyrocketed to fame. Her journey began with a viral cover of Mlindo The Vocalist’s “AmaBlesser,” amassing over 1 million YouTube views. At 20, she debuted with the powerful single “Siyajola,” influenced by Kelly Khumalo, The Soil, and Brenda Fassie. Zee is known for her catchy yet meaningful songwriting, with a quirky persona that’s earned her 500k+ Instagram and TikTok followers. Her 2022 EP “KwaNxumalo” gained 200K+ streams and featured in interviews on major platforms. In just a year, Zee released hit singles “Sobabili” and “Pholile 2.0” featuring notable artists and followed up with the “KwaNxumalo” Deluxe edition in March.
