Speaking further about the inspiration behind ‘KEOTR’, Zenesoul says, “This song is inspired by me wanting to create something uplifting despite the toxic energy that I feel is outside when it comes to the dating world. Drawing inspiration from his own experiences as a self-professed dreamer, Clarke explains, “The original idea came from the fact that I can be a bit of dreamer and I’m always in my own world, which to a degree is hard to sway me from, however, meeting this special person had me so invested in them that nothing else around me mattered so that’s why I used the terminology “Spaceships” because a spaceship represents my own little world and reality.” He adds: “As much as my reality is nice, it’s also beautiful to escape from it, and real love can have that effect on us.
