The wait is over! Today marks the highly anticipated return of JR’s Feel Good Live Sessions, offering viewers an intimate and authentic look into the heart and soul of South African music. Created by renowned artist, songwriter, and super-producer JR Bogopa, this new season promises to deliver raw, unplugged performances that connect audiences with artists like never before.

In partnership with Stella Artois, the season kicks off with a performance by Amapiano sensation Daliwonga. Known for his smooth vocals and signature sound, Daliwonga will bring his musical prowess to the stage, giving fans an unforgettable experience that’s sure to captivate.

In anticipation of his episode, Daliwonga shared his excitement: “The series has had a major impact on the culture, and I’m honoured to be invited by JR to perform on the Feel Good Live Sessions this season.”

Each episode of the series will offer an intimate, studio-like setting that allows artists to showcase their music in its most authentic form. JR’s goal with Feel Good Live Sessions is to offer musicians the space to be vulnerable and to let audiences connect with their artistic journey. “This not only allows them to express their artistry in the rawest form but also provides a rare, intimate window into their creative process,” JR says.

This season is packed with performances from an impressive lineup of South Africa’s most celebrated artists. Viewers can look forward to episodes featuring SAMA Award-winning singer-songwriters Shekinah and Langa Mavuso, Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter-producer Manana, rapper Priddy Ugly, and singer-songwriters Azana and Phila Dlozi. Episode 3 will spotlight Murumba Pitch, known for their infectious Amapiano sound.
