Celebrated rapper, songwriter, and record producer Kanye West, known globally as Ye, is set to perform live in South Africa this December. The multiple Grammy Award-winning artist will headline the Ye Live in South Africa show, presented by Monyake Group, Jay Carson & Co, and Ticketpro.
UPDATE: After it was reported by Bizcommunity that Monyake Group has appointed CSA Global (CSA) and Dentsu X to market and sell brand sponsorship and association for Ye’s concert, a recent update has confirmed that both agencies, Dentsu X and CSA, will not be participating in the YE Live anymore.

Following Ye’s official announcement on X (formerly Twitter), the Ye Live in South Africa concert has been confirmed for Saturday, December 13th, at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg. The venue, known as Emirates Airline Park for sponsorship reasons, can host up to 60,000 people and has previously been home to major events, including the 1995 Rugby World Cup final and international music performances.
With a career spanning nearly three decades, Ye is regarded as one of the most influential figures in hip-hop history. His discography includes acclaimed tracks such as Through The Wire, Jesus Walks, Good Life, Can’t Tell Me Nothing, Bound 2, Water, and Blood On The Leaves.
