One of Jozi’s hottest rising Deejays DJ Kabzin, real name Karabo Matlatsi, just released a scorching new single Imali featuring songstress Rethabile Khumalo, a vocalist who’s on everyone’s radar right now.
“I made the beat eight months ago and I knew it would resonate well with South Africans.” Said Kabzin. “I was in the studio with Rethabile and played her the beat, as soon as she heard it; she said that the song should be about money. We shared the same sentiments and 2 hours later we had this hit.”
Rethabile has absolute confidence Imali will do well. “I feel good about the song. I feel like it can go far. It’s a proudly South African song”, she added.
Imali is currently available on Apple Music
