In that way, his legacy would “live longer,” and it would have been a more meaningful tribute.

It’s important to note that some designers and celebrities did come through with their creative interpretation of the theme, but those moments were few and far between. The general consensus is that the event was plain and boring.

Overall, the Met Gala 2023 was a bland event that failed to deliver the excitement and innovation that fans have come to expect.
