Lifestyle magazine and media company has appointed Sesetu Holomisa as its new editor. With 18 months into existence and an incredible run under Bonnie Meslane – founder, the magazine ushers fresh talent and even sharper minds to contribute into making it a leading, reputable publication.

Sesetu is a Master of Philosophy candidate at UCT with an undergraduate degree in English Literature, Law and Political Governance. She believes that we must all accept that all oppressions are intersectional. If not, everything we do will only be a scratch on the surfaces of the manifestations of imperialism. From the climate crisis, feminism and mental health issues to tackling human rights violations around the world, Sesetu would like to contribute to discourses on meaningful change through research and writing.
“I am thrilled to lead an incredible team of writers and creatives at Nounouche. The work we have done thus far has been outstanding and inspiring to the communities we cater to. We strongly believe in telling authentic, empowering stories of mostly people of colour, giving them their voice, confidence and dignity. If we can’t prove it, we don’t run and I can’t wait to continue building with this incredible team”. Concluded Holomisa.
Bonnie remains part of the editorial and production teams.
