South African brand MaXhosa made a bold statement at Paris Fashion Week with its Autumn/Winter 2025 collection, “Lo Ngumbulelo” – which means “This is Gratitude.”

The creative energy of the event was boosted by music icon Maglera Doe Boy, who opened the presentation. Not only did he kick off the show with a memorable performance, but he also curated the music, ensuring that every beat matched the collection’s vibrant visual story.

After the runway, the celebration moved to Cova in Paris, where renowned DJ and producer Kabza De Small headlined the after party. Both Maglera Doe Boy and Kabza De Small were hosted by Hennessy, adding an extra layer of style and sophistication to the evening.

MaXhosa’s Paris debut was more than just a fashion show—it was a celebration of African heritage and creativity. By merging traditional design with contemporary flair, the “Lo Ngumbulelo” collection highlights the brand’s forward-thinking approach and its commitment to showcasing African luxury on the global stage.
