The festival is part of the larger Milk + Cookies Music Week, which runs from December 24, 2025, to January 14, 2026, celebrating music, creativity, and cultural exchange.
Gunna’s upcoming South African shows are a significant moment for both the artist and the festival. This will be his second performance in the country in less than a year, following a recent appearance at a Heineken House event. The performances are a key part of his first-ever global headlining arena tour, the “Wun World Tour,” which is in support of his latest album, The Last Wun.

‘Wunna Run Club’ 5km Race Johannesburg

Atlanta rapper Gunna will expand his wellness initiative, the Wunna Run Club, to South Africa for the first time on Friday, January 9, 2026. The 5km community run takes place at the Johannesburg Expo Centre on Nasrec Road, preceding his headline performance at the Milk & Cookies Festival. Originally launched in New York to promote discipline and balance, the event is open to all fitness levels. Tickets are currently available via Howler.
