Rocking the Daisies has announced that American rapper Isaiah Rashad will perform in South Africa for the first time when he joins the festival’s 2026 edition in Cape Town. The Chattanooga, Tennessee-born artist will also be making his African debut, giving local audiences their first opportunity to experience one of contemporary hip-hop’s most critically respected voices on the continent.
Known for introspective storytelling and a laid-back Southern rap style, Rashad has built a loyal global following through projects such as Cilvia Demo, The Sun’s Tirade and The House Is Burning. While he has toured extensively across North America and other international markets, Africa has remained absent from his touring schedule until now.
